Pedro Camargo's tumblr mostly for reblogging/posting random stuff that I like or find amusing. Occasionally there's my own artwork, but you will find more of that at these pages:

Copra #18 has arrived! it’s the Xenia issue, the magic issue, the losing your grip on reality which is inconvenient for everybody because of your godlike powers issue.
It’s also the issue that brings this arc to a close. I’ve been focusing on key members of Copra issue by issue, and this Xenia story winds it all down while also setting up the next arc.
The pages above are a small sampler of my favorite issue yet. And while I’m taking a hiatus between 6 issue story arcs, I can’t wait to jump back on and get into the reformed Copra team’s new adventures.
We’ll be back before you realize we were gone, but NOW - right this very second - get on board with Copra #18!

Hi guys! Money’s been a bit tight lately, and I need a bit of a buffer… thankfully, I’ve had much more time as of late for personal art, so I’ve decided to open up commissions! EMAIL ME AT firstname.lastname@example.org IF YOU’RE INTERESTED!
As explained above, I am doing FULLBODY, BUST and ICON commissions! You can choose to have em in Black & White, Grayscale, or Full Color! Here’s a repeat of the info above, except with 400% more commission examples:
Black & White: $45
Full Color: $70
+ additional character: $25
+ background: $25
examples of full color commissions: 1, 2, 3, 4
examples of full grayscale commissions: 1, 2, 3, 4
examples of full B&W commissions: 1, 2, 3, 4
Black & White: $30
Full Color: $45
+ additional character: $15
+ background: $15
examples of color bust commissions: 1, 2, 3, 4
examples of grayscale bust commissions: 1, 2, 3, 4
examples of B&W bust commissions: 1, 2, 3, 4
What you will get:
- a hi-res PNG of the final commission
- a layered PSD so you can root around and deconstruct how i made it
- a link to the process video! I will probably be doing these commissions over livestream, so I’ll save the capture and give you the means to view it!
WHAT I WILL DRAW: pretty much anything! I don’t really have many boundaries as to what I will draw for these commissions, but I do reserve the right to turn down requests if I find them too offensive for my tastes. I don’t really see that happening too often, though! Also, I tend to jump around a lot in terms of ‘style’ and treatment, so please let me know if you want your commission to look specifically like how I’ve done another piece (cel shading vs. paintey, lineless vs inkwash etc etc etc)!
Additionally, since I’ll most likely be doing these commissions over livestream, please let me know if you’d like me to sync up my schedule with yours so that you can watch the commission get done, IN REAL TIME! hohmygod!!!! I’m also more than willing to answer questions and stuff like that during the stream. Also, when I’m done, I’ll post it up here on tumblr and pimp the SHIT outta ya, haha!
Payment will be coursed through PayPal, and as much as possible I’d like payment upfront, although I am flexible and can settle for 50% upon starting, and 50% on delivery if upfront payment is not an option. Yer gonna have to sign a contractual agreement, though! (Icon commissions are an exception though, those are upfront payments only.)
Thank you all so much for your time! Reblogs and signal boosts are always super duper appreciated!!! ilu all 5ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Art by Mike Mignola
Gorgeous piece. Dig the clever use of color.
It’s never too early to start planning what to offer your neighborhood trick-or-treaters. These remarkably/horrifyingly lifelike gummy grubs and caterpillars would make awesome Halloween treats. Although they may look like they just wriggled out of your nightmares, they’re actually handmade, fruit-filled sweets. They’re made in Japan at Akai Tento no Koohii Ten (The Red Tent Coffee Shop), a small coffee stand located on the east coast of Aomori Prefecture.
We can’t stop staring at these photos, because we’re convinced one of the grubs is about to twitch. Akai Tento is a small business, but these amazingly unsettling creepy-crawly gummy candies have earned the shop nationwide (and now international) attention.
Each of Akai Tento’s gruesome gummies is available to buy individually or in packs (or perhaps that should be clutches?) via Yahoo! Japan Shopping, and cost between 300 and 350 yen (US$2.80-3.20) each.
